Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original designer packaging, including all certificates of authenticity, dust bags, and protective materials.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our specialists verify the condition of the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
